This allows all customers to contact Dow at any time outside our normal operational hours, if an Emergency Call Out is required.

Our normal opening hours are: Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5pm

We at DOW are committed to customer care, and we will endeavour to answer your call immediately but any calls missed will be returned within 2 hours.
